She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Campanelli; and her brother Michael Campanelli. She is survived by: her husband Brian F. Bartholomai; her mother Kathleen R. Campanelli of Morrisville; her daughter Jaime Bartholomai of Berkley, MI; and her pet Bella.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in Gina's name be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org).
