She was predeceased by: her parents, George Brous and Ellen Brous; her sister Judith Mervin; and her brother-in-law James. She is survived by: her niece Jill WIllis (Terrence); her nephews, Douglas Mervin and Craig Mervin; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Golden Willis, Sterling Willis and Tobiah Willis.
