He is survived by: his wife Grace Koziol; his children, Susan Koziol, Barbara Freer (Ernie), Eileen Sperling (Ken) and Frank Koziol III (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jeremy (Jona), Anna (Josh), Lena (Alex), Jenna (Bill), Kristina Kenny (Chris), Frank IV, Joe, Julia and Danny; and his great grandchildren, Brooke, Brayden, Callie, Bryce and Corbin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
