Frank Casper Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Casper of Levittown, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 23, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kasper and Lillian Kasper (Theiroff); and his brother Gary Casper. He is survived by: his sons, Francis R. Casper (Catherine) and Michael L. Casper (Carolina); his grandchildren, Ray, Jennifer, Danielle, Kristin and Sean; his great grandchildren, Frankie, Louie and Noah; and his brother Glen.
