He was predeceased by: his parents, James McNeill and Ora McNeill (Champagne); his wife Elizabeth McNeill (Ward); his daughter Katie Piasecki; and his granddaughter Catherine Wurtz.

He is survived by: his children, Liz Wurtz (Brian) and Daniel W. McNeill (Lynn); his grandchildren, Collin, Daniel, Erin, Brian, Madison and Alexis; and his great grandchildren, Ella, McKinley, Autumn and Emerson.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made in Francis McNeill's name to the Disabled Veterans National Foundation.
