He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph Zurybida and Susan Wieand. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Gene Zurybida, Jr. (Antonella), Shawn Zurybida (John) and Francis Zurybida (Kristi); his grandchildren, Cara, Amanda, Joseph, Jillian and Nolan; his pet Mickey; and his sisters, Victoria Hohnstock, Virginia Edmonds (William) and Marylyn DeBoer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
