She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Worthington (James Conklin) and Maureen Worthington (Kathleen Sanderford). She is survived by: her husband Robert J. McGinnis; and her siblings, Colleen Fischer (Jeff), Nora Kugler (Bryan), Kerry Conklin (Sharman) and Peter (Joan). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Saint Michael the Archangel Church, in helping those in need, would be be greatly appreciated.
