He was predeceased by: his brother John (Jackie). He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, E. Thomas Gallagher (Carol), Amy Heltzel (Kevin), Beth Rodriguez (Rico), Cara Townsend and Wendy Metzger (Keith); and his siblings, Bill (Trish), Mike (Linda) and Maripat (Kevin).
