She was predeceased by: her spouse Weldon D. Holmes. She is survived by: her children, Carol Kubik, Kathleen Lieber, Nancy Lucas and Robert Lucas; and her grandchildren, Damon Kubik and Kevin Lieber. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews.
