He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Ballantyne and Joy Ballantyne (Frazer); and his sister Eugenia Ballantyne. He is survived by: his wife Christine (Guffey); his children, Devin and Haylee Ballantyne (David Zorger); and his siblings, Dawn Ballntyne-Wild (Kristina Wild) and Noel Goodwin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
