She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Miller and Emma Miller (Buck); and her husband Daniel A. Acosta. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Acosta-Shaeffer, Judith Acosta, John Acosta and Sarah Shaffer (Rex); her grandchildren, Shawnee Behe (Matthew), Erin DeMase (Nick), Daniel and Cody Shaffer; and her great grandchildren, Austin Behe, Aubrey, Nora and Parker DeMase. She is also survived by 4 children.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Westmoreland County 4-H Horse Program, 214 Donohoe Road, Suite E, Donohoe Center, Greensburg, PA 15601.
