He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Campbell and Jessie Morgan Campbell; and his son Dr. Mark L. Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his daughter Mimi Campbell (Howard Haynie); his niece Dr. Dreamalee Lamberti; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Vogel (Alvin) and Carol Miller (Gary Glenn).
