We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2019, at the age of 71, Jay Zelezniak (Level Green, Pennsylvania), born in Braddock, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zelezniak and Margaret Rose Zelezniak (Moscovics). He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Zelezniak (Wensel); his siblings, Joseph J. Zelezniak (Judith), Doreen Legge (late Reg) and Donna Burkett (Loren); his sister-in-law Linda Comito (John); and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Fleissner, Jonathan Zelezniak (Amanda), Brenda Harris (Ray), Walt Legge (Susan), Melissa Poling (Jeff), Taylor Burkett (Sarah) and Jeff Comito.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made, if desired, to the Community United Methodist Church, 3487 Route 130, Irwin, PA 15642 or to Westmoreland County Food Bank, 100 Devonshire Drive, Delmont, PA 15626.
