He was predeceased by: his father Michael E. Katinsky. He is survived by: his mother Marcia Katinsky (Schweitzer) of Level Green; his sisters, Kerri Katinsky (Todd Capetta) and Laura Katinsky Miller (Joshua); and his nieces, Kaylee Falk (Victor) and Taylor Miller.
