It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dominic F. Mediate of Level Green, Pennsylvania, born in Slickville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 1, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mediate and Carmella Mediate (Macri); and his siblings, Anthony, Joseph Mediate and Mary Chopp.

He is survived by: his wife Mary J. Mediate (Karelis); his son Frank Mediate; his siblings, Bruno, Paul Mediate and Katherine Zemleduck; and his sisters-in-law, Lucinda "Cindy" Mediate, Betty Pacienza and Nancy Kemerer (Charles). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations can be made to a charity or church of one's choice in Dominic's memory.
