She is survived by: her children, Brian Cook of Hayward, CA and Renee Booher-Guillet (Denis) of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Daryl Cook, Sean Cook, Matt Booher (Samantha) and Melinda Booher Hays (Robert); her great grandchildren, Kaden, Alayna, Alyssa, Tyler, Abigail, Nathaniel, Caleb, Joshua and Samuel; and her friends, Max and Dolores.
