He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Ruoss and Lillian Ruoss; his wife Dorothy M. Spence Ruoss; his children, Richard (Terri), James (Christina) and Kathy (Donald); and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Brianne, Nicole, Allison, Evan, Jenna, Sophie, Daniel, Michael and Mary. He was also cherished by 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Salem Hellers Church (2555 Horseshoe Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
