She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas J. Harkins; and her parents, Mary Rose (Agerenza) and Frank DeNicola. She is survived by: her daughter Monica Anne Harkins-Cloonan (Brian Cloonan) of Leola; her grandchildren, Sean Thomas, Caroline Grace and Elizabeth Mary; and her siblings, Carmine DeNicola, Mary Jo Albanese and Diana Okhotnikoff.
