Foultz of Leola, Pennsylvania, born in Jacksonburg, West Virginia, who passed away on April 10, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Elliott (Richardson) and Walter Elliott; her husband Howard M. Foultz; and her sons, Milton Foultz and Robert Foultz.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Cundiff (Ted), Dennis Foultz (late Brenda Foultz), Howard Foultz (Ellen), Adam Foultz (Missy), Jeff Foultz (Corine) and Judy Pitts; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Foultz. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
