She was predeceased by: her grandmother Lydia Kurtz of Ephrata, PA.. She is survived by: her parents, Vernon Kurtz and Inez Kurtz; and her siblings, Sara Sensenig (Mark) of Johnsonville, IL, Elizabeth VanPelt (Andrew), Neil Kurtz (Rosemary) of Opdyke, IL, Eric Kurtz (Sharon) and Kevin Kurtz.
