Elizabeth Horst Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2023, at the age of 96, Elizabeth Horst (Leola, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Zimmerman and Elizabeth Zimmerman (Wise); her husband Melvin H. Horst; and her sisters, Edna Groff, Edith Burkholder, Anna Weiler, Eva Brubaker, Bertha Weaver and Verna Martin.

She is survived by: her children, Glenn Horst (Janet Hurst) of Ephrata, Jane Horst (Jim) of Stevens, Evelyn King (late Jacob King) of Leola, Larry Horst (Cindy Knauer) of Lancaster, Melvin Jr. Horst (Tina Kraft) of Ephrata and Robert Horst (Greta Galeschewski) of Lancaster. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 62 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
