She was predeceased by: her parents, David M. Weaver and Esther Groff Weaver. She is survived by: her husband Levi H. "Lee" Charles; her daughters, Julie (Preston Nelson) and Jill (Jeffrey Stoltzfoos); her grandchildren, Levi, Hailey, Bella Ann Nelson, Clare, Grace, Annabelle and Friedrich Stoltzfoos; and her siblings, Barbara (Marlin Hershey), Brenda (Kenneth Covelens), Fred (Linda Weaver) of Birmingham, AL, Carol (Donovan Oberholtzer), Nancy (Lynn Roth), Keith (Jennefer Weaver) of Harrisonburg, VA and D. Michael (Amy Weaver).
One of Eileen's final wishes was in lieu of flowers funds would be donated to three of her family members with long term medical needs.
