He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Derek, Erik (Rachel), Helen (Devin) and Matt (Laura); his grandchildren, Ethan, Liam, Noah, Blake, Luke, Eloise and Axel; his sister Beth (Ken); his nieces and nephews, Ian, Andrew and Conor; and his brother Mike (Marci).
