He is survived by: his sister Carmen Rabelo of Leola; and his children, Myrna Rabelo of New York, Luis Angel Rabelo (Giovanna Rabelo) of Lancaster, Elson Rabelo of Puerto Rico and Daniel Rabelo of Allentown. He is also survived by many grandchildren and two nieces and a nephew.
