He was predeceased by: his wife Joan E. Steward (Suter). He is survived by: his children, Debbie Cardinale (Frank), Denise Houpt (Steven) and John "Jack" Steward, Jr. (Maryann Sbandi); and his grandchildren, Andrea Steward, Christopher Houpt, Jessica Steward, Amybeth Mackay, Brad Steward and Jacob Steward. He is also survived by 3 Great-Grandchildren.
