He is survived by: his parents, Robert J. Fortuner and Rebecca Fortuner (Vandermark) of Kutztown; his fiancée Mary; his son Ethan Fortuner; and his siblings, Duston Fortuner of Kutztown, Dawn Fortuner of Carbondale, Stacy Thompson (James) of Virginia, Tracy Dietrich (Jeffrey) of Kutztown and Alisha Blodgett (Curtis) of Maine. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
