He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. J. and Marjorie Fasick (Vogelsong); and his siblings, Richard Fasick and Patricia Fry. He is survived by: his sons, Terry L. Fasick, Jr. (Jennifer) of York Haven and Erik V. Fasick (Danielle) of Lemoyne; his grandchildren, Johnathan and Julia; and his sister Marjorie Shuller of Harrisburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
