He was predeceased by: his brothers, Everett Jones and Samuel Jones Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Emmie; his children, Cindy Thomas (Jones) and Gary Jones (Melonie); his grandchildren, Cheri Daniel (Thomas), Tracy Whitmoyer (Thomas), Robert M. Jones (Beth) and Christopher Jones (Tammy); and his great grandchildren, Ellie, Colin, Madeline, Chloe, Danielle and Eric.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to "The Kerry Blue Terrier Club of Greater Pittsburgh", in memory of Bob Jones.
