She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Bartolo Lugo-Rios; her husband Juan E Ortiz; her children, Elise J. Ortiz of New Cumberland, Wanda Y Ortiz of York and Juan C. Ortiz of Etters, PA; her grandsons, Joshua Ortiz and Michael Lopez-Ortiz of New Cumberland; and her siblings, Ruben Lugo, Nidia R. Lugo of Puerto Rico, Bartolo Lugo Jr. of Texas and William Lugo of Florida. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Central PA Food Bank in Noemi's name.
