He is survived by: his parents, Rick Kalbach and Denise Kalbach of Mechanicsburg; his grandparents, Robert and Maxine Berkebile of Punta Gorda, FL; his sister Katie Logue (Jeff); his nephews, Bryce and Brady Logue of Camp Hill; and his brother Drew Kalbach (Vanessa) of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
