He was predeceased by: his mother Esther June Wotring (Rushow). He is survived by: his father Howard A. Wotring, Jr.; his siblings, Suzanne Sarnowski (John) of Mechanicsburg and Pete A. Wotring (Wendy) of Thurmont, MD; and his nieces and nephews, Christina Robinson (Dusty), Rebecca Medeiros (Terry), Lauren Wotring, Nicholas Wotring, Amber, Bryce and Logan.
