She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank L. Marhefka and Sara Marhefka (Spartzer); her husband Earl R. Guise; and her brother Frank L. Marhefka, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Earl "Hank" Guise, II of Lemoyne; her sister-in-law Jane Marhefka of Mifflintown; and her niece Sara Jane Gruner (John) of West Chester.
