He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jacobs and Esther Jacobs; and his siblings, Harold Jr., Bob, Jack, Connie Lew, Sandra Ebersole and Lillian Gessner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Simione, Denise Melhorn (Larry), Debbie Hicks (Charles), Diane Jacobs, Alicia Jacobs and Keri Benner (Daniel Villegas); and his stepdaughter Tracey Armstrong (Aaron). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; four sisters; three brothers; many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Those wishing to attend are asked to adhere to the COVID restrictions and masks are required.
