George Giannaris Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2020 we had to say goodbye to George Giannaris of Lemoyne, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Apostolos G. Giannaris and Maria Giannaris (Papanikolaou); his wives, Christina Paraskevopoulos and Christine; his son Paul Giannaris; and his brother Nicholas Giannaris.

He is survived by: his brother Konstantine "Gus" Giannaris (Tina); his friend Landing; his daughters, Maria Gregory (Mark), Tina (Thomas) and Malley; his daughter-in-law Stavroula Giannaris; his grandchildren, Christina (Alexandra Thalassinos), Maxwell, Benjamin (Sophia Gregory) and Georgios (Angelos Giannaris); his great grandchild Ava; his sister Anastasia Daskalakis of Greece; and his sister-in-law Fotini Giannaris.

Due to the pandemic crises, the service and burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 1000 Yverdon Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011 or the Neohoriton Society.
