He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hughes and Elizabeth Hughes; and his grandparents, Taid and Nain. He is survived by: his sister Catherine Reese (Hughes); his daughters, Gwendolyn (Pelsis), Tamah (Roby) and Jennifer (Miller); his grandchildren, Jonathan Pelsis, Kristin Sheppard, Eric, Adam Brink, Keegan and Emma Miller; and his great grandchildren, Henry Pelsis, Olivia and Jackson Sheppard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Childrens Hospital or Bethesda Mission of Harrisburg.
