She is survived by: her daughter E. Carla Bretz (Sentz) of Mechanicsburg; her brother Wilbur Sentz of Littlestown; her grandchildren, Dr. Tracy S. Shank of Reading, Brian Shank, Kim of Dillsburg, Jason Shank and Carla of York; her great grandchildren, Kennedy and McKenzie Shank; and her stepgreat-grandson Zac Snyder. She is also survived by 7 step children.
