He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Hollingsworth Sr. and Beatrice Hollingsworth (Stahl); his daughter Cindy A. Barnes; and his siblings, Eugene A. Hollingsworth and Judy K. Wickenhiser.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn L Hollingsworth (Gsell); his children, Carl E. Hollingsworth (Cynthia A.), Jeremy L. Hollingsworth, Daniel A. Hollingsworth and Elizabeth A. Bowen (Timothy J. Bowen); and his siblings, William Hollingsworth and Kathy Brinton. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, several Great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
