We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2024, at the age of 80, Charles D. Harper of Lemoyne, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen B. Harper and Nora McInturff; and his wife Gwendolyn I. Harper. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Harper (Holly) of Carlisle, Brian Harper (Hilly) of Hillsboro and David Harper (Danielle) of North Carolina.
