He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Starner and Mae Pearl Starner (Kaltrider). He is survived by: his wife Marjorie A. Starner; his sons, Christopher L. Starner (Jennifer) and Joshua L. Starner (Angie); his siblings, Alan Starner and Donna Bownaze; and his grandchildren, Erin Starner, Benjamin Starner and Cameron Starner.
