In the vast expanse of eternity, may Barbara find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph McKinley Rhoads, II and Shirley Mae Penner. She is survived by: her husband Harold Kautz, Jr.; her children, Janice Beck (Tony Briselli) and Phillip W. Beck, Jr. (Jennifer Beck); her grandchildren, Justin and Kayleigh Beck; and her siblings, Linda Tackett and Ralph M. Rhoads, III.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hoover Funeral Home (422 Lucy Ave, Hummelstown, PA 17036).
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's foundation in her name, for research to end this terrible disease.
