She was predeceased by: her husband George Peterson, Jr.; her daughter Alicia Arter; her mother Lucille Peterson; and her siblings, Willetta and Howard.
She is survived by: her children, John Peterson, Spencer Peterson and Stacia Peterson. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
