She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Neff and Florence Neff (Bartley); her husband Chalmers D. McMahon; her son Barry McMahon; and her siblings, Shirley Witmer, Kate Spade, Bob Neff, Harold Neff, Joan Reish, Donald Neff and Malcolm Neff.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel McMahon (Brenda) of Savannah, Georgia, Mark McMahon (Crystal) of Bellefonte, Pamela Fedon (Norman) of Spring Mills and Brian McMahon (Sherry) of PA Furnace; and her brother James "Jim" Neff (Sarah) of Bellefonte. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
