He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Mitchell (Hutch) and Mildred Khuns Mitchell; and his sister Alice Vaughn. He is survived by: his siblings, Katherine (Kay), George and Richard (Budd); his children, John Jeff (Eileen) and Lori (Mike); his grandchildren, John, Paul, Megan and Derek; his wife Maria; his stepchildren, Shannon (Richard) and Jenny (Morgan); and his grandchildren, Madison, Ricky and Sean.
