He is survived by: his wife Rose Letterman (Bonfatto); his children, David Letterman (Sherri), Robin Walter (Bob) and Rick Letterman (Jen); his grandchildren, Nicole Hane (Chris), Michele Shaffer (Chris), Bobby Walter, Gina Walter (Nate Smith), Curtis Walter and Rachael Letterman-Plitt (David); and his great grandchildren, Cameron Hane, Jordan Hane, Luke Shaffer and Anna Shaffer.
