She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Furin and Marie Lawrence; her husband William E. "Bud" Moyer; her daughter Dr. Kimberly Moyer Karschner; and her siblings, Thelma Grote and Max Furin.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Wilcosky (Larry) of Uniontown and Benjamin Moyer (Kathy) of Farmington, PA.; and her cousins, Skip Davis (Jody), Connor, Corbin Davis of Columbus, OH, Barbara, Bernedette Furin of Pittsburgh and Betsy Watson of Weirton, WV..
It is suggested that in lieu of flowers, Frances wishes donations be sent to the Western Pennsylvania National Wild Animal Orphanage: 169 Sheperd Lane, Uniontown, PA 15401.
