Check of Leisenring, Pennsylvania, born in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 12, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Owade and Martha Owade (Urosek); her husband Stephen E. Check Jr.; her siblings, Marcella Wilburn and John Owade; and her pets, Snuggles, Honey and Samson.
She is survived by: her close friends, Snuggles, Honey and Fresca; her children, Ernest Check (Karen), Stephanie Check of Leisenring, Francis Check (Kimberly) of Juniata and Lori OBlack (Matt); her grandsons, Travis and Adam; her great grandchildren, Kylie, Olivia, Brooke of Addison, TJ and Teegan; her stepgrandchildren, Brandon Bellacima, Cody Bellacima and Krista OBlack-Garland (Justin); her stepgreat-grandsons, Dominic and Brayden; her siblings, Sylvia Golden of Dunbar and Donnie Owade; her godchildren, Lisa Brooks and Johnny Owade; and her pets, Fresca and Bella. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
