She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Park and Anna Lamoreaux Park; her son James Carl Cook; and her half-brother Robert Park. She is survived by: her husband Carl Cook; her daughter Myrtle Chamberlain (Scott) of Lehman; her half-siblings, Rick Park, Charlene Laurick, Susan Yogodzinski, Deb Doughton, Ellen O and Connell; her granddaughter Brenda Dunn (Ben); her great grandchild Hannah; her grandson Christopher Chamberlain (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Katherine, Mackenzie, Hailey and Madison; her grandson Zachary Chamberlain (Jolene); her great grandchildren, Haddon and Addison; and her grandson Joshua Chamberlain. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
