She was predeceased by: her parent Dorrance Headley; her husband Harold A. Coolbaugh; and her brothers, Dorrance Headley and Thomas Headley. She is survived by: her parent Josephine Tedesco Headley; her children, Pam Kantor (Joe) of Stafford and Russell Coolbaugh (Dodie) of Dallas; her grandchildren, Jessie, Lexi Kantor, Breezy and Rusty Coolbaugh; her niece Jane Hafford; her nephew Ron Coolbaugh; and her brother John Headley (Darlene).
