He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ulshafer and Grace Ulshafer (Albert); and his sister Linda Snyder. He is survived by: his children, Derek Ulshafer (Kristine) of Lehighton, William Ulshafer Jr. of Lehighton, Joseph Moyer of Weatherly and Jessica Moyer (Keith) of Weatherly; his siblings, Lorraine (Steve Frankhouser) of Lehighton, Laura (Frank Dennis) of Jim Thorpe and Nelson Ulshafer (Nadine Gorka) of Coaldale; and his godson Brandon Stuckley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
