He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Neff and Helen Neff (Fisher); and his brother Barrie Neff. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia D. Neff (Neupauer); his son Joseph Neff (Michelle) of Lehighton; his grandson Mason; and his siblings, Willard Neff (Barbara) of Lehigh Furnace, Richard Neff of Lehigh Furnace, John Neff of Slatington and Susan (Mark Queen) of Walnutport. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
